Leverans
Vi levererar till Sverige och övriga EU. Denna returpolicy gäller för samtliga beställningar oavsett leveransland inom EU.
Ångerrätt
Du har 14 dagars ångerrätt från att du mottagit din vara. Det innebär att du kan ångra ditt köp utan att ange något skäl.
Ångerfristen löper ut 14 dagar efter den dag du, eller en av dig angiven person, tog emot varan.
Hur du utövar din ångerrätt
Kontakta oss innan ångerfristen löper ut via kontakt@villaessence.se och meddela att du vill returnera din vara. Ange ordernummer och vilken vara returen gäller.
Du kan använda vårt returformulär eller skicka ett tydligt meddelande där det framgår att du ångrar ditt köp.
Villkor för retur
Varan ska skickas tillbaka i originalförpackning och i väsentligen oförändrat skick. Förseglingen på parfymflaskan får inte vara bruten om du ångrar köpet – det är en hygienprodukt och bruten försegling innebär att varan inte kan säljas vidare.
Du ansvarar för varans skick under returtransporten. Skicka returen väl emballerad.
Returfrakt
Du står själv för returfrakten, om inte annat anges vid köptillfället eller om varan är felaktig.
Återbetalning
Vi återbetalar hela köpesumman, inklusive ursprunglig fraktkostnad, senast 14 dagar efter att vi mottagit returen eller fått bevis på att du skickat tillbaka varan. Återbetalning sker till samma betalsätt som användes vid köpet.
Reklamation
Om varan är felaktig eller skadad vid leverans gäller dina rättigheter enligt konsumentköplagen. Kontakta oss så hjälper vi dig med reklamation och eventuell ersättning för returfrakt.

Return Policy (english)
Shipping
We ship to Sweden and the rest of the EU. This return policy applies to all orders regardless of the EU country of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give any reason for the return.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person named by you, received the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
Contact us before the withdrawal period expires at kontakt@villaessence.se and let us know you wish to return your item. Include your order number and which item the return concerns.
You may use our return form or send a clear message stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Conditions for return
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in essentially unchanged condition. The seal on the perfume bottle must not be broken if you withdraw from the purchase – it is a hygiene product, and a broken seal means the item can no longer be resold.
You are responsible for the condition of the item during return transport. Please pack the return carefully.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or if the item is defective.
Refunds
We will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after we receive the return or proof that you have sent it back. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Complaints
If an item is defective or damaged on arrival, your rights are governed by Swedish consumer protection law. Contact us and we will assist you with the complaint and any compensation for return shipping.
