Frakt och leverans (swedish, english further down)
Leveransländer
Vi skickar i första hand inom Sverige och till övriga EU. Aktuell leveranslista och fraktpriser visas i kassan.
Leveranstid
Normal leveranstid är 4–10 arbetsdagar. Beställningar som läggs på helgen skickas tidigast på måndagen.
Om en leverans blir försenad utan att vi har meddelat dig om längre leveranstid, kontakta oss på kontakt@villaessence.se.
Fraktbolag
Inom Sverige använder vi PostNord som logistikpartner.
Till Danmark, Tyskland och Finland skickar vi med PostNord, DPD eller UPS, val görs i kassan.
Till övriga EU-länder skickar vi med DHL eller UPS.
Leveranser med UPS och DHL lämnas alltid mot personlig mottagning.
Outhämtade paket
Om en försändelse skickas till ett utlämningsställe och inte hämtas ut av kunden returneras paketet till Niche4all. Vid en sådan retur återbetalas inte ordersumman. Det är kundens ansvar att hämta ut sitt paket inom utlämningsställets tidsfrist.
Farligt gods
Samtliga leveranser utanför Sverige skickas som farligt gods, eftersom våra produkter innehåller parfymolja och alkohol som omfattas av denna klassificering vid internationell transport.
Moms, tullavgifter och skatt
Vi tar ut moms på samtliga beställningar inom EU i enlighet med gällande regler. Eventuella ytterligare avgifter, tull eller skatt som kan tillkomma vid import till mottagarlandet är kundens ansvar.

Shipping and delivery (english)
Delivery countries
We ship primarily within Sweden and to the rest of the EU. The current list of delivery countries and shipping rates is shown at checkout.
Delivery time
Standard delivery time is 4–10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.
If a delivery is delayed without prior notice from us, please contact us at kontakt@villaessence.se.
Carriers
Within Sweden, we use PostNord as our logistics partner.
For Denmark, Germany and Finland, we ship with PostNord, DPD or UPS, selected at checkout.
For the rest of the EU, we ship with DHL or UPS.
Shipments with UPS and DHL always require personal delivery.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is sent to a pickup point and not collected by the customer, it will be returned to Niche4all. In this case, the order amount is not refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the pickup point's deadline.
Dangerous goods
All deliveries outside Sweden are shipped as dangerous goods, as our products contain perfume oil and alcohol, which fall under this classification for international transport.
VAT, customs and duties
We charge VAT on all orders within the EU in accordance with applicable rules. Any additional fees, customs duties or taxes that may apply on import into the recipient's country are the customer's responsibility.
